* Bulk Billing for Weight Loss Surgery after surgery follow-up consultations only applies when the surgery was performed by Cairns Surgery
^Medicare rebates and Bulk Billing are only available with a valid referral (GP - 12 months, Specialist - 3 months)
DVA White Card holders need to have an accepted service-related injury or condition to qualify for Bulk Billing, otherwise standard fees apply
